Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-10-04

Purpose

This policy keeps the Service safe and usable for everyone. It applies to everything you do through https://darkcoder.ai, including requests sent with gateway keys.

You must not

  • Break the law or use the Service to produce, distribute or facilitate illegal content or activity.
  • Generate or share content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or targets people with harassment, hate or fraud.
  • Use the Service to build or deploy malware, phishing, credential theft, or to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Circumvent, resell or share provider accounts, quotas or tokens in a way that violates the provider's terms, or use someone else's credentials without permission.
  • Share gateway keys publicly, or use one key for many unrelated people.
  • Probe, scan or load-test the Service beyond normal use, bypass rate limits or access controls, or interfere with other users.
  • Attempt to access data that is not yours, or to extract other users' secrets.
  • Misrepresent AI output as human-made where disclosure is required.

Limits

We apply rate limits and may apply caps per key, per account or per provider. Exceeding them may result in throttling or suspension.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content or keys, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. We try to give notice where practical, but may act immediately to protect the Service or others.

Reporting

Report abuse or security problems to hello@ajens.org. For vulnerabilities, use the responsible disclosure policy.
